A refund can be arranged if notice of cancellation is received up to one week prior to a workshop commencing.  Less than one week, and up to 48 hours prior to the commencement of a workshop, a credit or transfer into another suitable workshop (where available), will be offered. 

Please email contact@atjanestable.com as soon as possible to notify of any cancellation.  No refund, credit or transfer will be given for classes missed, or in circumstances where notice of cancellation has been given within 48 hours of the class.

If a participant is sick on the day, and if we are notified prior to the commencement of the scheduled class, a credit, or transfer into another class (where available), can be arranged. 

If, for any unforeseeable circumstance, a workshop had to be cancelled by us all paid fees would be reimbursed.
